This complaint is for better clarification and in addition to a complaint filed on XX/XX/XXXX # XXXX. I have been making double payments on my CMG financial mortgage ( loan # XXXX ) for the last year. Per CMG Financial 's policy any amount over the mortgage payment goes towards principle on the loan. This month ( XX/XX/2022 ) I paid a little over double my mortgage payment. The second payment I made for {$1300.00} this month ( which should have all gone towards principle ) was applied towards interest and only {$29.00} of that amount was applied towards principle. I have called them seven different times. Each time they informed me that it would be taken care of in 3 days. It has been approximately 3 weeks and I have spoke with XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX and XXXX XX/XX/XXXX and most recently XXXX # XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and several other CMG agents whose names I do not recall, and they still have not fixed the payment problem.
