I have a line of credit for XXXX based on my availability of funds in my checking account. This is a digital credit card meaning it only goes through the app. Ive struggled multiple times with the app, due to it not connecting to a payment source, or if you need to switch payable accounts, you need to contact customer service by email only. There is no phone number for this company anymore. I got hit with a late payment that was reported to the credit bureaus due to my account not being fixed. I emailed the customer service team about this issues twice a week prior to the payment due date to get my account fixed. Never got a response, I was hit with a late payment on my credit and assessed fees. No one fixed my account until XXXX to which I just paid of my entire balance due to fear of this happening again. The app reviews are riddled with the same stories and peoples credit being tanked because of the poor customer service. Ive reached out 4x since the credit hit and still havent seen a single response from this company.
