have sent 3 certified letters to both companys with no solution to the problems, per 15 USC 1692g this company was to notify me of this account, i was not notifited as the original creditor only i can validate this debt. i do not validate this debt therfor this account must be deleted. the reporting of this account is in violation of 15 usc 1681 and the fair credit reporting act 15 usc 1681 ( a ) ( 2 ) ( B ) furthermore, Regulation F Under the FDCPA section 1006.30 ( a ) generally prohibits debt collectors from furnishing information to a consumer reporting agency before debt collector either speaks to the consumer, and or sends validation notice and waits a reasonable time to receive notice of undeliverable.
