I sent off a letter letting the credit bureaus know that they have 5 days to respond to my letter with all the information that I asked for them to give me. It has been longer than 5 days, it's almost been two weeks. I just need this account removed from my credit report because they are violating my human rights according to the fair credit reporting act and have been harassing me for the last couple of years and I want {$1000.00} per violation. I already sent documents proven how they have violated my rights and they have yet to respond in the time they were supposed to. PLEASE DELTE THE ACCOUNT. Attached documents below show proof how the violated my rights and along with the letter I sent via certified mail and still got no response.
