Back I'm XX/XX/2020, I was defrauded by someone that accessed my XXXX account through my Wilmington Savings Fund Society checking account in the amount of {$950.00}. When I reported the fraudulent action to my bank, a bank customer support representative submitted my information to the bank 's fraud department and after weeks and weeks of going back and forth to the bank and calling on numerous occasions seeking answers, I was informed that the customer representative who was working on my case had transferred to another state and no one else ever attempted to assist me with this matter. I eventually became frustrated at their lack of effort in reimbursing me my lost funds of {$950.00} that I basically gave up.
