Consumer Narrative
FirstmarkXXXX does not process loan payments correctly. I pay a small amount on the loan each day, to pay off the daily interest and some of the principal. I pay the amount at the same time in the morning of every day. The company does not process the payments in the same way every day. Sometimes I am charged random interest, on top of the daily interest. When the loan was owned by XXXX XXXX I did the exact same payment plan- never had a problem. This has been happening since 2020. I can not get the company to remedy the situation, and I am owed XXXX of dollars in interest that Ive been incorrectly charged and paid.
