I've a credit balance on my AMEX and AMEX has : - deactivate my AMEX card ( for no reason ) - failed to refund my credit balance ( since 2020 ) despite many international phone calls to follow up after AMEX repeatedly said AMEX will wire transfer - failed to follow up to contact me and refuse to provide any email/person in-charge I can speak with other than me repeatedly calling AMEX and explaining the case repeatedly to customer service each time
