Again, I was the victim of identity theft and this is my third request to remove the information in my credit file resulting from the identity theft. Per FCRA 605B ( 15 U.S.C. 1681c-2 ), the Credit Bureaus are required to remove any items not later than 4 business days after XX/XX/XXXX. Ive already included this report in a previous letter & I am including it again. Also, the information that other Credit Bureaus provided on some accounts are UNKNOWN to me and REMOVED from other bureaus and I have doubts in their accuracy. This letter is to notify the Credit Bureaus that if they do not REMOVE the listed accounts on my report, I will be filing a lawsuit. Ive informed my attorney of my intentions & they are excited to hold the Credit Bureaus accountable for their willful noncompliance.
