I called TRANSUNION ( on this day and the time you did ) reporting inaccurate information from alleged creditor name by XXXX XXXX XXXX. The alleged creditor XXXX XXXX XXXX is a third- party collector which is a violation of 18 U.S.C . 1028A AGGRAVATED IDENTITY THEFT, which is lawful to contact a third party with my private and personal business. I, the consumer never gave TRANSUNION permission to take my information. TRANSUNION have knowingly transferred, possessed, or used, without lawful authority, a means of identification of me, which is a felony punishable with up to 2 years of imprisonment, in addition to civil liability. This account is not mine not is the alleged debt, nor did I have a contract to do business with XXXX XXXX XXXX TRANSUNION has failed to provide one, the consumer with any accurate validation in writing pursuant to the FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT, 15 USC 1681g, I expressed my right for full disclosure to me of all the documents they have recorded and retained in the consumers file at the time of requested concerning the alleged account to support TRANSUNION claims on my credit file. Furthermore TRANSUNION has claim they are doing an investigation Pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 1681a ( e ) which defines an investigative consumer report as a consumer report in which information on a consumers character, general reputation, personal characteristics, is obtained through personal interviews with neighbors, friends, etc., who may have information of any items on the consumer file which you will have to show me proof via affidavit of fact under penalty of perjury ; Which TRANSUNION is in violation because I was not given any type of these reports in this investigation. Pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 1681 ( b ) The Congress requires that consumer reporting agencies adopt reasonable procedures for meeting the needs of commerce for consumer credit, and other information in a manner which is fair and equitable to the consumer with regard to the confidentiality, accuracy, relevancy and proper utilization of such information. As a consumer I demand you remove the accounts listed below Pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 1681b ( a ) ( 2 ) which comprehensibly states that the only permissible purposes of consumer reports by any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report only under the following circumstances and no other and is in accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates.
