I was recently in the XXXX for XXXX on my XXXX a month ago. I just now got back to work. I discovered that my credit file has over 2 inquiries for transactions that were never authorized by me. I have only XXXX XXXX as my only business dealings. I would never run my credit 2 times that is insane and unnecessary. Please delete the following inquiries Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA, 15 U.S.C. 1681b et seq. ) I never made these inquiries : XXXX XXXX and also XXXX aka XXXX XXXX. I am not sure who approve this or even made these inquiries. This is the 2nd time I have complained about this account on my credit report it is not accurate and was never verified according to the FCRA guidelines 623,611 Please delete the following fraudulent inquires : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Not sure how these got on my file when I already had a fraud alert on file?? I was never contacted to see if these were authorized to be made on my behalf.
