Requested a payoff from Huntington from a property that I own. Once I received a payoff, I discovered that we were $ XXXX off. After countless hours of research I figured out it was due mainly to escrowed insurance. I switched to XXXX insurance. They bill in 1 bill. Huntington applied the total bill to EACH property instead of breaking it down between the two. This started in 2018 I am finding out. XXXX reimbursed the overpayment, ( roughly {$8000.00} ) which was supposed to be applied to escrow. It was not. Nor was it applied to principle, nor did it stay in my account. They can not find it. Huntington put " force placed '' insurance on the property. I have tried and tried to work with Huntington. Huntington " accidentally '' foreclosed on the property. Only to admit a mistake and reverse it. They have foreclosed AGAIN. I am locked out of my account. Huntington says it's in " active '' foreclosure. The attorney assigned says it's not. Neither will speak to me. I have roughly 4 inches of documents supporting my complaints. I have roughly 100+ hours invested in rectifying this mess. I have filed FIVE internal complaints with Huntington. NONE have been addressed. My attorney has sent them a letter asking for them to immediately get this resolved with me. Huntington didn't even RESPOND to an attorney. I have filed a complaint with the XXXX, they advised me to file a complaint here as well. This case involves tresspassing, massive credit damage, a roof that is continually damaged with each storm and needs a new roof. The buyers of this property need a deed to do so. My credit has dropped nearly XXXX points from their repeated hits. The sheer ridiculousness of this case is beyond belief. My attorney has heard all of the details, reached out to Huntington. No response. I am being referred to an attorney for further litigation/lawsuit. I again, was also advised to file a complaint here. Lastly, I will be contacting a major news station that deals with these ridiculous cases to expose Huntington if this is NOT resolved.
