I have contacted XXXX on numerous occasions regarding this bankruptcy on my report. I called again today and was told the only way to have it removed is to have a letter from the bankruptcy court. I told the rep papers were sent in XX/XX/2021. He claims he didn't see the letter Which I know is completely false because it was delivered by certified mail. I was told to upload the document via www.transunion.com, however when I tried I received a message saying my identity couldn't be verified. At this point as a consumer my rights have been severely infringed on.According to the FCRA I can sue them for {$1000.00} per occurrence which I plan to do because they are purposely refusing to investigate this bankruptcy along with 7 other erroneous items. I am uploading the document to CFPB.
