hello, I recently pulled my credit report and say inquiry that I did not authorize. I instantly called XXXX XXXX XXXX and notified that it was not me that authorized for my credit to be ran and it was fraud. The company withdrew application and stated that they can't remove inquiry and fraud department would reach out. Fraud department failed to reach out, so I called again and was told I would get a return call within 48hrs. I have yet to receive the call. I would like for this company to send me verification with my signature authorizing for my credit to ran. If they can't provide me with necessary proof that it was in fact XXXX XXXX, then I would like for this inquiry to removed off my profile because my consumer rights are currently being violated.
