FALSE STATEMENT AND ATTEMPT TO COLLECT DEBT WITH WRONG PERSON XXXX said i had an account with account number XXXX and as of XX/XX/2017, they said i owed {$160.00} between XX/XX/2017 and today. I called them and said that's not possible because i started residing in US on XX/XX/2017 and when i arrived here my first operator was XXXX XXXX XXXX not XXXX. They got the wrong person. None in their customer service can't fixed this. They just reported me by increasing the debt to {$210.00}. I CUT THE LETTER ATTACHED TO DISPUTED BUT IT RETURNED TO ME. NOBODY LISTEN OR TRY TO FIX THIS MISTAKE. I CAN'T PAY FOR SERVICES I DID NOT USE. My phone number was XXXX and i started using it on XX/XX/2017. They are charging by error from XX/XX/2017 which is the period that i didn't have XXXX and also was not in XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Also, i joined XXXX around XXXX but not on or before 2017. So how is it possible that i owed XXXX? I want XXXX to correct this information and clean my name. They must found the exact person. Is very unprofessional. I asked them to tell me when i joined XXXX they just ran away. I called the collector EOS CCA and XXXX but no success. Thanks.
