ACCOUNT : XXXX XXXX IN CO # # # # # # XXXX I XXXX XXXX a person, non-adverse, non-belligerent, non-combatant party and executer with full life. I am in possession of my credit report with your voluntary submission of alleged account in question. As you keep reporting the alleged account verified and accurate. I herby dispute this alleged account in its entirety and request the removal of it from my consumer report. I am addressing XXXX, Equifax, XXXX directly about these subterfuges. You have listed these accounts on my credit report, before you listed these accounts you were supposed to verify them as being 100 % accurate in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). The companies reporting these accounts to you should have provided you with all documentation in order to prove that these accounts were 100 % accurately reporting. Upon your initial investigation of these account you should have this information on file before you listed these accounts on my consumer report. So I am requesting this documentation for my records. Please send me the certified original copy of the complete audit trail under penalties of perjury of said account, pursuant to 15 USC 1692g of FDCPA. Furthermore in order for these accounts to be listed on my consumer report please provide verification through audit certification of debt entry in accordance with G.A.A.P, IFRS, in accordance with BASEL3 and U.N.C.I.T.R.A.L. Conventions. I will also need a certified copy of the original contract with my wet ink signature between me and reporting company who states they hold claim to this account. Providing that this collector is the holder in due course of the original debt contract and a their certified original copy of their Tax Registration Certificate. Please provide this information for the account ( s ) listed below because these are the accounts that are in question. The data furnisher should have provided you with copies of these documents when they submitted the account for reporting. 1. I also request the following documentations listed bellow to be certified and sent with your response. Full accounting for this account Copy of the assignment of purchase from the creditor Every charge and what was purchased, fees, payment, credit, interest paid How they calculated what they claim I owe Full chain of assignment from charge off to present Proof that they own the debt with full clear title Proof that they were on the original contract All should be certified and presented to me with a certificate of testimony that the alleged account ( s ) are reporting 100 % accurate and belonging to me. I also request certified testimony that your company, branches, and or offices were in full compliance with the FCRA and all of its mandated rules when it comes to reporting on a consumer report. Please also provided certified testimony on how you validated this account ( s ) to be accurate. Be aware that this is also notice that I do not consent to any E-Oscar disputing. The Federal Government states that credit reporting agencies must conduct a physical investigation so please provide me with each and every item listed above. Also please proved the name of the representative you spoke with at the data furnisher, the address of the company and the telephone number you called when you verified this account as accurate before you listed it on my consumer report. I need this information so I can do my own follow up with this representative. If you can not provided these documents and this information then you must immediately remove this account from my credit report. This is in accordance with FCRA Regulations. If you verify this account as verified without providing me with all of said listed items you are in direct violation of Federal Law, and in violation of my consumer rights which carry a fine of {$1000.00} per violation. Please be aware that this is not asking you to verify this account with any reporting company because by law this account should have already been verified as accurate before you listed it on my consumer report. If you have listed this account without the proper verification then you or in violation of Federal Law in accordance with the FCRA. You are acting in willful negligence and willful non compliance. Please delete these accounts for being listed on my consumer report as inaccurate reporting. I am maintaining a careful record of my commutations with you for the purpose of filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission should you continue your willful negligence and willful noncompliance.
