I was locked out of my XXXX account since XX/XX/2022 and unable to make payments. There is no phone number and I have sent numerous emails which are not responded to. I was able to gain access to my account in XX/XX/2022 and my account was listed as a 30 day late notification which showed on my XX/XX/2022 credit file. I since have sent multiple emails that still have not responded. The only means of contacting customer service with XXXX in clicking a link for support which no one responds to. This 30 day late has tremendously affected me as I was going to closing for my first home and this negative notation on my report has halted that. Also, XXXX start charging an XXXX dollar fee which there was no option or ability to close account due to this fee
