I've discovered numerous of inaccuracies and wrong reporting information. That pertain to all three credit bureaus. XXXX XXXX- There are different activity dates, closed dates are different from Equifax, paid off accounts reporting settle for less/Derogatory, account balances incorrect. I've called and wrote letters to every credit agency. As they report verified, the information is still reporting the same. All three bureaus are reporting different information, causing damage on one bureaus and 3 problems with the other two bureaus. There are reporting dates of activity on accounts. That's been closed for nearly 7 years. I've discovered late payments dates that are not reporting accurately. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting act XXXX Account XXXX has violated my rights. 15 U.S.C. 1681 Section 602 A States I have the right to privacy 15 U. S. C.1618 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions.
