I have been trying to open a short sale on my property since XX/XX/2022. I am been put through a loan modification process that is denied? Since XXXX I have been calling and emailing 100 's of times to see what is going on? Now the bank is saying in another denial - Your loan on the related property has received the maximum number of foreclosure alternative options that are permitted by the assignee or mortgage owner of your loan. They have not allowed any? We will go to foreclosure as they are not willing to help. We have a buyer.
