To Whom It May Concern, Im contacting you regarding an international business wire that I had sent over to my vendor 3 months ago which has not been released yet. I used my small business account through Capital One bank to process the wire, and apparently they use XXXX as an intermediary bank because XXXX tracker shows that the wire is stuck at XXXX. I was able to obtain XXXX tracking info from my vendor 's bank in overseas. On XX/XX/XXXX, I sent 3 identical wires in the mount of {$71000.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX, the first wire went through but not the remaining two. After my conversation with Capital One rep, second wire was released on XX/XX/XXXX, but not the third one. I have been calling the wire department everyday for 3 months, and spending hours trying to explain the situation but I keep getting the same response of We are investigating it. This is not acceptable as my vendor has been charging me late payment fees and has threatened to stop doing business with us. I would appreciate it a lot if you can help with this manner.
