I received a statement in the mail from this " Credit Collection Services '' several months back so on the very first letter I immediately took action & called them I told them I did not recognize this account & it was not mine & they needed to stop harassing me & to cease & desist and whoever I spoke to on the phone apologized for their mistake & said they would remove this & not call me or mail me stuff anymore. I wish I would've gotten their name cuz I THOUGHT that was the end of it. A few months later I got something in the mail AGAIN, so I had to call a SECOND time & AGAIN whoever I spoke to on the phone said sorry for the inconvenience & that they would not be bothering me anymore. Now last night I get a notification from XXXX that I now have a collection on my credit report!!??? I DO NOT recognize " Credit Collection Services '' as an authorized creditor nor do I have any contract or agreement with them, unless they can produce an original instrument for what ever this so called debt they are trying to collect on from me in the amount of {$83.00} then this so called debt should be NULL & VOID. Produce an original instrument OR remove this harmful & false information from ALL credit reporting agencies which you have reported me to asap or I will be seeking any and all legal avenues & seeking compensation for financial damages.
