I sent Equifax a letter to remove two items on my report XXXX XXXX Account Number XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX Self Account Number XXXX. They sent a letter back stating that the account were " verified '' I then asked for the Method of Verification and to provide me with the 1. Name of the original creditor, 2. The creditors address and phone number, 3. The persons name they verified the dispute with and 4. The documentation used to verify the dispute. I also asked Equifax to please provide a contract between them and I where they have my written instructions to furnish a consumer report on my behalf. Equifax has failed to send me the following information that I requested and has failed to remove both accounts. Equifax is violating my consumer rights according to the FCRA as a consumer report can only be furnished with the written instructions of the consumer and also transactions between a consumer and person is not supposed to be included on my consumer report. I never gave Equifax permission to furnish anything on my report on my behalf.
