Experian is reporting ( 2 ) Alleged Debt Collection amounts {$7100.00} and {$920.00} from the same Alleged Debt Collector " XXXX XXXX XXXX '' : These accounts are inaccurate & fraudulent as I have never signed any contract to do business w/ XXXX XXXX XXXX or signed any permission for their company to have my private information ; Congress has stated under federally protected law that I have a right to privacy. Since XXXX XXXX XXXX fraudulently obtained by private information, Experian is also participating in this fraud by reporting my private information ; This is a form of Identity Theft. I obtained my XXXX Credit Report from www.experian.com stating I have ( 0 ) Collections which factually provides proof of inaccurate information since it is coming from their own website Experian has not provide my their company 's Method of Verification and requested investigative consumer report as detailed in 15 USC 1681a ( e ) I have requested Experian to Block this Alleged Debt Collector Information per 15 US Code 1681c2 I have provided Experian noticed they may be civilly liable for negligent noncompliance per 15 US Code 1681o SEE ATTACHED Letters that have been mailed and received via Certified Mail to Experian and their Registered Agent
