On XX/XX/2021 I sent a letter to the XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX, NV, and asked how and with who they reported my information about my XXXX and they stated the XXXX XXXX does not report information to any credit bureaus. So in return, I wrote a letter to the company that is reporting my XXXX and asked them what was their process for verifying the XXXX that they are reporting and after the credit bureaus stated that they got the information from XXXX. On XX/XX/2021, I received a letter from XXXX stating that they received my correspondence and the investigation was completed the findings followed, they deleted the information from their records case number XXXX because they were unable to verify the accuracy of the bankruptcy within the required timeframe outlined by the FCRA and it's removed from the record of my XXXX report. I then sent the letter from XX/XX/2021 from the United States Bankruptcy Court District of Nevada and the XXXX report stating all this information and then sent a letter back stating that it's verified through XXXX. This is IMPOSSIBLE when there is no record of a Bankruptcy on my XXXX report. I want this DELETED IMMEDIATELY from all 3 bureaus because it's not 100 % ACCURATE at all! My personal information is as follows and any other names, addresses, or employment also needs to be removed : XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX NV XXXX ADDRESS, XXXX XXXX of XXXX XXXXEMPLOYMENT . THIS INFORMATION SHOULD ONLY BE REPORTED.
