I was hacked the week of XX/XX/XXXX, reporting this incident to Columbia State Bank ( XXXX XXXX - XXXX, XXXX ), on XX/XX/XXXX, including my police report, FBI ( IC3 ) report along with all text messages and documentation of each day 's occurrence. * I asked XXXX about FDIC coverage for the financial loss that incurred and received no response ; also, I asked for a Currency Transaction Report ( CTR ) and received no response. I also said to her that if I didn't have online banking this situation wouldn't have occurred, inferring I didn't receive the proper protection *I asked XXXX if I could call the Fraud Dept. , she responded with " no '' we're handling this internally. *With XXXX XXXX help I was able to withdraw monies in order to open a new account with my new bank. * On XX/XX/XXXX, I withdrew my automatic DRS deposit and asked XXXX to call me and she said she would tomorrow XX/XX/XXXX, ( to this date she hasn't called ( ( it's XX/XX/XXXX ) ). * I'm feeling I'm being disrespected and ignored by staff members that I respected deeply by not informing me of this ongoing investigation.
