ENHANCED RECOVERY CO LLC refused to address my concern after I disputed the debt. The company violated my rights under FDCP by not clearly stating that the debt is disputed. I filed a dispute with XXXX that the company need to validate the debt and instead ENHANCED RECOVERY CO LLC told XXXX that the debt was verified. That is not what I disputed and how do you verified when it took less then 24 hours. There was no investigation and Both XXXX and ERC violated my right under Fair Debt collection act.
