I have received an alert from XXXX that Credence Resource Management has flagged my credit report for collection. I have NEVER received any correspondence regarding this. No one has called, emailed, or sent anything to me in the mail to tell me what this is regarding. My credit report notes that it is connected to XXXX XXXX XXXX but I switched from them in XX/XX/2021 and paid all that was owed. When I called Credence to get more information, the agent said they had nothing in their system matching my name and address. Even after my call, I have yet to receive any contact from them yet this is still on my credit report and affecting my score.
