This is not a duplicate complaint, Credit corp is using this as a stall tactic. Credit Corp failed to respond to the issues raised in the previous complaint ( complaint numbers XXXX ) so I made a new complaint with a new letter and invoice attached for the violations under the FDCPA. The new complaint number was XXXX. In the first complaint Credit Corp stated they are sending correspondence to me via mail they did not send anything besides what they called there validation package including an affidavit they wanted me to complete ( there response attached ) they failed to provide the items requested by me. I am a consumer that has the right to say if the debt is alleged and because me stating its an alleged debt which is exercising my federally protected rights, Credit Corp threatened to put the tradeline on my consumer report, which is a definite violation of 15 U.S.C 1692 THE FDCPA. They have not mentioned a solution for there employees violating my federally protected rights. Attached is a letter and a invoice, If credit corp fail to rectify this issue the next steps will be legal matters. Only respond to me via cfpb. The invoice attachment is time sensitive.
