I have been disputing a fraudulently opened account on my Transunion credit report for years. The last time Transunion actually allowed them to even re age the account and still verified it as accurate. I have contacted this company named XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX that has a negative mark on my credit for XXXX and I have asked for any information or documentation of the debt, they have so far refused to provide any such documentation then in a collaboration with Transunion just keep reverifying and re aging the account without actually investigating the matter. I have asked Transunion several times to do a real verification and they refuse to do so. So, I am stuck either paying a frequently opened account just because Transunion and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX say I owe it with not one shred of evidence, contracts or any signatures confirming the debt.
