According to 15 U.S.C 1681a Definitions ; rules of construction XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX is in violation of my rights. 15 U.S.C 1681a states that for an account to be furnished on my consumer report the furnisher must disclose to me that an account may be furnished on my consumer report and I must be given the opportunity to direct whether such information can be furnished. XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX has NOT given me the opportunity to direct such information, furthermore XXXX XXXX XXXX has not followed the correct eviction procedure on several occasions. XXXX XXXX Apts failed to provide me with an eviction notice or quit and leave notice, they also failed to completely evict me as only half of my belongings were moved to the curb from the third floor, the sheriff officer and movers stole small items as they allowed me to get a moving unit as a result my family and myself were evicted after being told that coporate and the front office would be of assistance with adjusting rent payments due to going the entire winter with no heating unit and also large holes in the cabinets. As a landlord they are required to provide suitable living environments for their tenants to be in compliance with federal laws.
