I have applied for a position at XXXX XXXX and they needed to do a back ground check. When I received the information from the report there is an address on there that I didn't live or reside at. I need it taken off my report and also don't know if this is what is holding the XXXX XXXX HR dept up from being able to see my report. The lady in XXXX said she hasn't received the information back yet but First Advantage through XXXX XXXX send me a copy of the report via email. The address I am disputing is XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, NY XXXX I have never lived or worked at this address. Please take this off my report. Sincerely, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX
