Consumer Narrative

I have made payments and payment arrangement with Sallie Mae. I discussed my loan options with a loan officer. I was approved for a refinance of my loan. I still receive emails and stuff in the mail and phone calls every single day. It's predatory. It's wrong information. They keep threatening my credit and telling me my loan is default. When I call the company I only get " I don't control the automated system sir ''. Well someone needs to control it and stop it I'm getting mail weekly and email every single day. It's ridiculous.
