On XX/XX/2022 I made a purchase at XXXX 's XXXX in XXXX at about XXXX. Immediately afterwards I received text messages showing that transactions for : ( 1 ) {$100.00} XXXXAtm withdrawal - XXXX XXXX rejected for wrong Pin. XXXX, NY. ( 2 ) {$180.00} -Atm withdrawal - XXXX XXXX - rejected for insufficient funds. XXXX, NY. ( 3 ) {$82.00} -Atm withdrawal - XXXX XXXX XXXX rejected for insufficient funds. XXXX, NY. I immediately checked my bank account and found that 3 unauthorized transactions had gone through : ( 1 ) {$100.00} + {$2.00} ATM fee at XXXX XXXX in XXXX NY. ( 2 ) {$100.00} + {$2.00} ATM fee at XXXX XXXX in XXXX NY. ( 3 ) {$100.00} + {$2.00} ATM fee at XXXX XXXX in XXXX NY. Totalling {$310.00} in unauthorized transactions. I immediately emailed my bank ( Albert ) and they told me there was nothing that they could do until the transactions settled. Next, I froze my ATM card. On Sunday XX/XX/2022 The transactions settled and I filed a dispute. Albert 's " XXXX '' ( that's what they call their employees ) concluded incorrectly that the charges were legitimate. I asked them to reconsider their findings because I would have had to be in 2 places at once in order to make transactions in XXXX at XXXX and XXXX at XXXX. They closed the investigation and told me that they would not be crediting my account.
