I submitted a dispute with you on XX/XX/2022 where I explained how unfairly Experian is going about when it comes to my disputes. When I called I was unable to dispute, when the dispute was done I didnt even get notified I had to find out by looking it up on the Experian platform. I was not properly notified by mail or email. Id like to start by saying that this is the only credit bureau displaying such information. I dont have a XXXX account on any of my other bureau credit reports. Most importantly, the information on this account is invalid. It has a phone number thats not mine, an incorrect address, and even the name seems off. This account is erroneous/invalid and must get deleted. Experians reluctance to delete this account is very suspicious since an FTC report has even been provided. They reach out to the creditor directly instead of a non-affiliated third party.
