XXXX Bank declined issuing me a credit card because EXPERIAN Credit reporting agency erroneously reported my death ( XXXX Bank says 'Experian says, I'm dead ', which I am NOT ). I'm very much alive! I reported the error to Experian, XXXX, TX, on XX/XX/2022 ; I also reported the error to XXXX Bank, XXXX, FL. on XX/XX/2022. XXXX Bank refuses to reconsider or investigate the use of bad information ) ' ; and, it's impossible to reach Experian by phone ( Experian has not responded in writting to my alert of wrong information ). XXXX and XXXX credit agencies report me as 'alive ', but XXXX Bank refuses to use any information other than the credit information provided by Experian. Experian reported my death OR the credit reviewing officer at XXXX Bank misread XXXX 's credit report ( It's impossible for me to talk directly to a XXXX Bank credit analyst ). XXXX Bank sez XXXX can do nothing unless Experian corrects the erronous information ; XXXX Bank refuses to use the information provide by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX credit rseporting agencies. Its a quagmire ; unable to talk to anyone who cares or will correct the misinformation. I am ALIVE - I have other ACTIVE credit cards AND AN EXCELLENT CREDIT RATING ( @/ above XXXX XXXX score ). I think the error may result from the death of my wife on XXXX ; but I did not die. I am ALIVE! Did Experian think the death was mine OR did the loan officer fail to note the difference : my wife died, I did not die! The only reason i want a Lowes-branded credit card ( XXXX XXXX makes credit decision ) is to buy a XXXX product.
