On XX/XX/XXXX, I called XXXX XXXX to ask about loan questions. I was asked my name, address, ss # and telephone number. I was then asked did I want a XXXX year loan. I then asked if you ( XXXX XXXX ) did commercial loans. I was told no. XXXX XXXX received a credit report from XXXX without my authorization. I called XXXX XXXX on Thursday XX/XX/XXXX, and asked as to why you ( XXXX XXXX ) ran my credit report. I talked to a XXXX that read the file that was established with my name on it and she repeated the information that is the above mentioned. I was then told that since a file was opened with the stated information that a deletion letter could not be issued. I then asked for a copy of the recorded conversation of XX/XX/XXXX. I was told that the recording could not be found. I then asked why would a credit report be warranted if you ( XXXX XXXX ) didn't do commercial loans. I received no response. On the same day Penny-Mac ran my credit report from XXXX. I have never spoken to Penny-Mac before today. I tried to talk to their serving department, however all I was able to do was to interface with Penny-Mac 's auto attendant and received no option to talk to a live person in their servicing department. As far as Penny-Mac goes I could not even request a deletion letter for the hard inquiry. As a result of the two hard inquiries on the same day that were unauthorized my credit score dropped more that XXXX points.
