On XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX initiated a collection action using the collection agency Mrs BPO to collect from me {$890.00} for purchase of an XXXX XXXX. I never made this purchase. On XX/XX/XXXX I contacted a local XXXX XXXX XXXX branch in XXXX CO to help me understand what this matter was about. I learned the following from the XXXX XXXX XXXX agent : That someone using my name and social security number had made the purchase from XXXX XXXX XXXX. That the address that person gave to XXXX XXXX was XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX TX XXXX. That the XXXX XXXX purchased has an IMEI identification # XXXX. The XXXX XXXX XXXX agent connected me with the XXXX XXXX XXXX fraud department who committed to withdrawing the collection request from Mrs BPO collection company and to investigate the case as fraud. The XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX fraud department agent told me they would advise me of the results of their investigation within 30 days. As of today, XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, I have not received any communication from XXXX XXXX XXXX. I am filing this report at the suggestion of an XXXX Corporation agent with whom I spoke today, XXXX XXXX XXXX I want my credit report with the three major credit reporting companies restored to an Excellent rating and any adverse credit report removed from their database.
