I wrote a letter to Experian, XXXX, and XXXX about the unlawful use of my public records. According to laws 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. states I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 604 A. section 2 : states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. 15 U.S.C 1692C states without the prior consent of the consumer given directly to the debt collector or the express permission of a court of competent jurisdiction, a debt collector may not communicate with the collection of any debt. Please make necessary deletion and corrections to my credit report made under FCRA 609 ( a ) regarding an erroneous item on my credit report involving wrong names and social security numbers. I was saddened to learn that you somehow verified the disputed item, electing to leave it on my report. I am certain that the items I disputed is incorrect and should be removed, so I am hereby exercising my rights under FCRA 611 ( a ) ( 7 ) to request a complete description of all methods used to investigate my dispute. Please see attachments of verification of my identity, deleted and closed accounts. Experian, XXXX and XXXX has same account number but different name please remove these accounts.
