" THIS IS NOT A DUPLICATE NOR IS THIS COMPLAINT BEING FILED BY A THRID PARTY. I AM FILING THIS COMPLAINT MYSELF. PLEASE SEE THIS COMPLAINT IS PROCESSED TO THE LETTER OF THE LAW '' Equifax, XXXX XXXX XXXX are failing to comply with FCRA laws & sections. I was the victim of Identity theft & have reported the information to all 3 credit reporting agencies ( CRA ). I've provided them with a police report, identity theft report and identifying documents to substantiate my position. They have failed to provide me with any verifying proof these accounts, which were opened fraudulently, belong to me or I have any legal obligation. The following accounts & addresses were opened without my knowledge, consent or authority & I need them blocked/removed from my credit.
