On XXXX XXXX XXXX I received a that XXXX was being deducted for a XXXX XXXX XXXX.I contacted chime support to let them know it wasn't me.I was told to turn off transactions on my card so no other charges would be charged.I kept my transactions off until XX/XX/22 as I needed to buy things I needed from XXXX which I made a XXXX XXXX pm this day I received a notification my checking account was being charged XXXX for XXXX.I contacted Chime support I was told I couldn't dispute this charge until it settled and to turn off my transactions my card until they send a new one.i received another text message from chime at XXXX pm support saying my card declined for XXXX because my transactions were turned off.i started the dispute XX/XX/22 only for them to close my dispute and tell me the funds that were taken from my checking would not be refunded
