On XX/XX/2022 and XX/XX/2022 I sent to the Collection Agency PROCOLLECT , INC letters informing them of my series of unfortunate events that had taken place without my knowledge. I had been defrauded and taken advantage of by an unknown assailant and this is what I explained to PROCOLLECT , INC via letters on several different occasions. In these letters I sent to PROCOLLECT , INC I had included laws, dates important to the theft, an FTC Report as well as other explanations to support my claims. After all of my efforts and time spent trying to rectify what has happen to me unlawfully I am still being negated and I feel not taken seriously. I demand the crime I have been victimized by be given the proper consideration. see attachments for proof of claim, proof of Identity, as well as proof of current address on my Drivers License and this will have to suffice because I have no bills or mail at the moment.
