I had a XXXX loan that was only to be paid back if i didn't finish the program. i was unable to finish the program or reenroll. Now I am trying to reenroll and they tell me i have a collection i need to pay from a collection company first. When i called the company they refused to send notification of the debt and said that its XXXX higher then my loan amount. They won't give me an account number or send notification. I need help resolving this as i don't feel i should have to pay this without knowing what its for.
