This is in response to compliant XXXX for CFPB. I have submitted a fax to XXXX with the front and back of my social security card.You should be able to verify as of now. If not I can send additional information. The soft inquires that I am concerned about dates are from XXXX through XXXX. I think I have been a victim of fraud or identity theft. As you look over my file you will see I've disputed serveral of these items month after month. However, Equifax refuse to investigate and or remove these items. I have multiple disputes filed with Equifax with no avail. I have called several times as well about these items and still the same response. Now, I am receiving dna information from a company called XXXX to my email address but the name attached isn't my name. I also had a hard inquiry from XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX. Along with a po box and a physical address both in XXXX XXXX. I have never been to XXXX XXXX nor have I lived there. I am a XXXX so there's no need for restaurant equipment. There are hundreds of soft inquires that I didn't do. There are so many there I can't list them all. Please help me and thanks.
