on XX/XX/2022 ive disputed many inaccuracies on my report. ive asked for an investigation to be conducted and for them to please remove any inaccuracies from my report. i received no response to any of my request to investigate and in fact only received a stall letter from XXXX on XX/XX/2022 accusing me of using a third party which has nothing to do with them conducting the investigation that i requested and complying with my written instructions to remove all inaccuracies from my report. they continue to report late payments which are not accurate and continue to violate my HIPAA rights by reporting a medical account and continue to report accounts that they can not provide validation for. these accounts are inaccurate and a defamation to my character. according to federal credit law spelled out in the FCRA, a credit bureau is required to respond to you and complete their investigation within 30 days. if they do not respond within this time frame, they must remove the negative listings disputed. ive sent a follow up letter and still received no response and it has been 40 days since ive disputed these accounts and asked for an investigation which is a violation of my consumer rights.i would like these negative accounts removed from my credit report.
