Sunrise Credit Serviced collects for XXXX XXXX XXXX a utility company. I have not lived in this apartment for XXXX years. I called XXXX XXXX when I moved out and closed the account. I have contacted them numerous times. They confirmed it was an internal error on their part and the account was not fully closed. The new tenants never opened and account or paid a bill and were accruing monthly bills on my account that was suppose to be closed. Sunrise Credit Services are using harassment techniques calling more than XXXX a day at all hours as early as XXXX and as late as XXXX. I have spoken with them also the female representative was nasty, used abuse language, threatened my credit report and this is the third time doing this that I have to dispute to get it off my credit.. Each time it is removed. This must stop.
