My social security number was used to open up XXXX accounts. XXXX was for XXXX XXXX and XXXX was for XXXX in Michigan. I have lived in XXXX my whole life and so the address that is on my credit file for XXXX is not accurate. I believe both debts are being handled by Convergent but I am not 100 % sure as it is all confusing to me. I had contacted them and they told me to email them the proof that I have never lived there and that the debt is not mine and so I emailed them bills and check stubs that show I never lived at that address and they confirmed that my identity had been stolen. I contacted XXXX who disputed it with them however they are saying the debt is accurate when it is not. Not sure how where to go from here as I am only XXXX and am unfamiliar with how this process is supposed to work
