This has to do with Experian and ALL have been alerted -- I closed 2 credit cards that were with XXXX XXXX XXXX was XXXX ( last XXXX digits ) which XXXX closed upon my request once the balance was paid in full. The XXXX one was also with XXXX Bank of XXXX ( last XXXX digits ) which also last month was requested to be closed once balance was paid in full and it was. The issue I am at my wits end with is the insubordination this so called system of yours allowing Bureaus like Experian to act like Power of Attorney and decide how things are handled. XXXX and XXXX XXXX have both complied showing bother card accounts are closed with a {$0.00} balance, Experian is behaving like they are the Dept of Justice making the decision of when it should be closed. Cause it shows OPEN with a balance {$0.00} Now Experian has been giving me allot of problems and for what ever reason you all feel this need to turn the cheek the other way ignoring the damages being done, not just to me but others where i have read many complaints on the XXXX reviews how this Bureau is messing with people left and right. XXXX don't do nothing for anyone either. This month XXXX ; Experian decided to sneak funds out of my bank account behind my back thinking I would never catch it, I had signed up with their so called Premium Plan of a total to be deducted ea. month of the 1st week at {$21.00} ; which was supposed to not just FREEZE my Report but LOCK it as well, supposedly preventing others to snoop and get to changing it like hackers, but we all know this is not the case, whatever excuse they give you, y'all nod your head and say they are forgiven- well not this time! This time they began as early as XX/XX/2022 stealing {$3.00} right after the XXXX charge, i caught it and called them literally cussing them out asking who the XXXX gave you the okay to take money out of my account behind my back other than the XXXX? Experian tried to tell me it was a system error - Oh XXXX you took it out on XXXX and XXXX when your only suppose to deduct the 1st week of ea month which is usually the 3rd of {$21.00}. She said she would credit me back, she didn't. I reported it to my bank, didn't expect the following to happen, only expected the bank to credit me back and collect it from Experian - Well they took it one step further .... They refunded me AND~ shut down the debit card to the account which would prevent any other debtor to collect a payment to be blocked. Now I fuming and ready to tear someones head off and shred their lives! This sets me back financially, cause now the last 2 credit cards i have active i was working on paying down and this forced me to use them cause i couldn't use my debit card any further ( checking accnt ) ANDDDD ordering a new card means i have to wait probably close to 2 weeks before getting it and i cant do this because i use the XXXX thing while i work as expenditure needs!!!!! So I am sending you everything I sent off a XXXX out letter to experian, and sent copies to XXXX and XXXX XXXX to show what is going on and what Experian is pulling. Now if I have to retain an attorney to defend my rights because your system is that messed up, then everyone is going to be mentioned - cause i have had it with my credit scores been sabotaged, my life being turned XXXX down, my job being challenged because uneducated people are acting out like XXXX XXXX XXXX not getting their way!
