I, XXXX XXXX, am stating that TransUnion, XXXX, XXXX are violating 15 U.S.C 1681b ( 2 ) ( a ) -Permissible Purposes of Consumer Reports states that a consumer reporting agency such as TransUnion XXXX XXXX, XXXX may furnish a consumer report in accordance with the written instructions of the consumer. I, XXXX XXXX, NEVER gave TransUnion, XXXX, XXXX any such written consent for them to report any information on my consumer report. Since I gave no consent, this is indeed Identity theft. Since I did not provide consent, I am demanding that you proceed to remove these accounts listed below from my TransUnion, XXXX, XXXX credit report : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Original Creditor : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX If you choose to not remove these items from my credit report, then I WILL NOT extend my credit to ANYONE nor will I give TransUnion, XXXX, XXXX permission to furnish my credit report. Additionally, pursuant to 15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( 1 ) the banking system is fully dependent firmly on the braise of FAIR and ACCURATE consumer reports. TransUnion, XXXX, XXXX is violating the law and reporting these inaccuracies to my credit report and hence causing me to lose confidence in the banking system. IF TransUnion, XXXX, XXXX wants to continue to do business with me XXXX XXXX, then they need to DELETE inaccurate accounts from my TransUnion, XXXX, XXXX consumer report expeditiously. I am an extremely litigious consumer as well. Please do not respond with identification verification, this is indeed XXXX XXXX.
