To my knowledge I do not, nor have I entered into an agreement for repayment to XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX has no authority to collect from me. XXXX XXXX XXXX is hereby in violation of my consumer rights afforded to me under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. According to the Fair Credit Report Act section 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) you are required by federal law to verify through the physical verification of the original signed consumer contract, any and all accounts that is listed on a consumer report. I demand from XXXX XXXX verifiable proof where I have lawfully consented to enter into any contract with XXXX XXXX. If this can not be provided, I demand an immediate deletion from any and all credit reporting agencies that they may furnished this inaccurate information to.
