Lvnv funding llc deleted this account my credit report Last year bc it was not mine. I checked my credit report last month and its back on there. I have asked for original paperwork with signature. They will not provider that to me. They have sent me some off credit card statements etc. This company has broke all kind of laws. I expect that you will provide verifiable proof as required under the 15 U.S. Code 1681g - Disclosures to consumers within 30 days. If you are unable to provide such proof within that timeframe, I expect these negative events to be removed.! Please communicate your intentions in writing
