Requested credit reporting to investigate account on my report and they did not notify me of investigation results. I sent letters on XX/XX/XXXX and again XX/XX/XXXX and again on XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX sent me a letter about my identification and I sent that in again and still no response. I also reached out to the company listed on my report and got no response into XXXX and with that they violated my hippa and still did not verified that the account in fact was mine. I sent another letter to the credit bureaus and still no response.
